Quizzes and competitions are an easy way to engage participants and motivate them to actively participate in the session. Participants may show up in real time via an online application, allowing the facilitator to check their knowledge on an ongoing basis or to find out about their opinions and reflect on them. Or competitions may be held outside the event and require a greater effort from the participants (such as taking a photo, coming up with a promotional slogan, filling in a form etc.), the results of which will be displayed during the meeting. Possibilities are aplenty!
