Working from home does not necessarily help physical activity. It would therefore make sense to include in the event’s programme a little time to move around. 15 minutes online conducted by a charismatic trainer will be enough to activate the body and refresh the mind preparing it for the next transfer of knowledge. Exercises should be simple and easy to do at home. It might be useful, prior to the meeting, to motivate the participants to actively engage in this attraction sending them an exercise mat or hiring a famous trainer.
