Digital reality uses a different language than the offline world. The focus here is placed on vision. Therefore, when devising the programme of an online event, you must not forget about the right visual setting. This might involve elements created by the organiser (e.g. an animated conference introduction, a virtual walk around head office, an interview with the CEO etc.), but it might be even more exciting to involve materials provided by the viewers – selfie pictures, a short greetings video, or a video produced together by an entire department.
