In September 2020 we organised a conference held to announce the kick-off of Grupa Vectra SA’s new autumn campaign. The event was intended to accommodate 3000 employees of Vectra SA and Multimedia Polska. During the conference preparations we had made multiple films with the client that we used as ‘teasers’ and motifs encouraging the participants to take part in the event online.

The excellent setting for the event was provided by the presence of the companies’ management and special guests – among them former Liverpool FC goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek and Polish actor Cezary Pazura.

The conference was held in football scenery in Gdynia at Vectra SA’s head office. To make some of the video recordings we used a conference hall, while the online event itself was held in a nearby hotel. Each time we designed an entire set and scenes resembling football pitches.
